Archive|User Defined Ordering Registry entry
Enable users to change the order of items in an Archives hierarchy. When set to true
, the Make the current record a child of the selected record and Move the current record above the selected record buttons display on the Archives tab of the Catalog

, this entry allows users to change the ordering of items in the hierarchy. If set to false
, and ordering is (say) alphabetic, users cannot change the ordering of items. It is possible to make an item the child of another item (by dragging and dropping it), but once dropped, the item will be ordered alphabetically in the new location. When set to true
, two buttons are added to the Archive tab of the Catalogue module: Make the current record a child of the selected record and Move the current record above the selected record ; and their equivalent option is added to the Archives menu:
